The Chief Executive Officer is Colette Kelleher. The Team reporting to her are:

The day-to-day clinical work is delivered by a dedicated team of qualified and experienced professionals, including counsellors, support staff, peer volunteers, an Addiction Outreach Worker, and trainee counselling and support staff. Together, they are committed to providing compassionate and respectful care to individuals seeking recovery. Key clinical staff include:
