Tabor Group provides a comprehensive Primary Residential Treatment Programme at our Tabor Fellowship treatment centre. This programme is designed to support individuals through the initial and often most challenging stages of addiction recovery. Lasting between 28 and 42 days, it offers a structured environment where people can begin their journey to healing and recovery in a safe, supportive setting.
Our programme is person-centred and trauma-informed, focusing on the unique needs of each individual. It begins with a comprehensive assessment that helps us create a tailored Care Plan for each person. This plan integrates various therapeutic methods to ensure holistic treatment, including:
- Individualised care planning: Personalised strategies to help each client address their specific challenges and goals.
- Group therapy: Facilitated sessions that offer a sense of community and shared experience, helping people learn from one another.
- One-on-one counselling: Confidential sessions with experienced counsellors to explore underlying issues and emotional triggers.
- Addiction education: Equipping people with knowledge and understanding about addiction to foster long-term recovery.
- Meditation and mindfulness: Techniques designed to promote mental clarity, relaxation and emotional balance.
- Recreational activities: Incorporating physical and leisure activities to support overall wellbeing during recovery.
A key component of the Primary Residential Treatment Programme is participation in the 12-step model, which is widely recognised as a powerful framework for long-term recovery. This model encourages self-reflection, accountability, and peer support, guiding individuals toward lasting sobriety.
At Tabor Group, we believe that recovery is possible with the right care and support. Our compassionate, expert team is dedicated to helping each person build a foundation for a healthier, more fulfilling life free from addiction.
