About Tabor Group
Tabor Group, based in County Cork, has been a trusted provider of addiction treatment in Ireland since 1989. Today we support men and women over 18 who are impacted by alcohol, drug, and gambling addictions. At the heart of Tabor Group’s approach is a commitment to giving hope, nurturing, healing and supporting long-term recovery, for people from all walks of life and their families, through evidence-based treatment.
Our residential treatment services are delivered in two centres: Tabor Lodge and Tabor Fellowship. We offer a range of programmes, including our Primary Residential Programme, 28 days, and our 12-week Integrated Recovery Programme, tailored for people with more complex needs. Additionally, we offer a Family Support Programme and Continuing Care Programme, ensuring people and their loved ones have the comprehensive support they need throughout every stage of recovery.
All our programmes are person-centred, trauma-informed, and adhere to National Protocols for Drug and Alcohol Services. We use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the needs of each person, including Person-Centred Counselling, Twelve-Step Fellowship, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Cognitive Counselling, and Mindfulness-based practices.
Supported by the Health Service Executive, all major private health insurers, The Irish Prison Service and other public bodies, Tabor Group is independently accredited by CHKS and holds ISO 9001 certification, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards of care.
